The rattan reeds guarantee a constant and gradual olfactory atmosphere as they diffuse the fragrance uniformly in the air
Place your diffuser at mid height in the traffic area of your room
Gently insert the reeds into the glass bottle and open them like a fan
Leave the essence evaporating in the air, hour after hour, till reaching the maximum intensity
Flip the reeds once a week without leaving drops on your surface
Keep the level of your fragrance high in the diffuser with comfortable refills of 500 and 1250 ml
Remember that draughts and air conditioners can influence diffusion of the scent

I came across this website while searching for a high-quality home diffuser. The reviews convinced me to buy and give it a try. The Uva Fragola diffuser arrived perfectly packaged and with two testers of different fragrances. As soon as I opened it, it was so pleasant—and I was thrilled to have chosen the right scent (a bit blindly, since I hadn’t had the chance to smell it beforehand and relied only on the description and reviews). Unfortunately, after a few days in the room, I noticed that the diffuser wasn’t very noticeable unless I got very close to it. After reading my comment, customer service contacted me by phone to better understand the position of the diffuser and offered some advice to determine whether the issue was due to air currents in the room or something else. This speaks to the professionalism and reliability of the company. The product is definitely high quality, and if you have any doubts or issues, you’ll receive great support!
